Returns and Exchanges
Rani Collection Sydney takes great pride in the level of quality and authenticity of our pieces. All our products go through quality control before they are shipped.
Rani Collection Sydney has a no returns policy. We cannot exchange any pierced jewellery (i.e. earrings, nose piercings, etc.) for hygienic reasons. They can only be exchanged if they are faulty and unworn.
All sale items are final sale and no exchanges will be accepted.
All orders are quality checked to ensure nothing is sent damaged. However, due to customs and/or courier handling, items can be damaged.
If you receive a damaged product:
You must report damaged products within 2 days upon receiving them. Send us an email along with a picture and explanation. We will guide you through the return process.
